New Installation

AMG professionals will complete any paving project indifferent of size fast, economically and, most of all, at the highest level of quality and craftsmanship. All our new installation work is fully guaranteed for up to 5 years*.

Repairs

Whether you need asphalt patching, surface removal and replacement, grinding, or any other related procedure, AMG will deliver at or above your expectations. All our repairs are guaranteed from up to 12 months from the date of completion*.

Seal Coating and Striping

Seal Coating and Crack Filling are not intended for "looks" only, but are also an excellent method of preserving the life of your asphalted area. All Striping, including handicap parking stall, is done according to DOT, ADA and local Municipalities codes and regulations.

Storm Sewer Replacement and Repairs

In time, due to weather and soil conditions, all storm sewer inlets will shift or sink. We will repair or replace, as the case might be, the entire structure and install reinforced aprons to reduce the frequency of such situations.

New Installation

AMG delivers both structural integrity and decorative function for all the new installation projects. In order to achieve a durable finish, we use only premium quality concrete with precisely mixed aggregates, delivered rapidly to ensure proper curing, and delicate application techniques . Depending on the location and use of the structure, we will complete the task with either smooth or brushed finishes. We also install pre cast structures, such as terminal ramps, stairs, etc. All new work is guaranteed for up to 5 years for craftsmanship and up to 1 year for materials.

Repairs

Sidewalk and curb removal and replacement are the most common procedures we complete for our clients. In all cases the provision of the ADA are strictly observed. Additionally, we provide emergency assistance with concrete grinding and leveling, especially during the cold months. All our repairs are guaranteed for up to 1 year for craftsmanship and materials.

Concrete Sealing and Maintenance

Concrete sealing is the easiest and cheaper way to extend the life and look of any concrete surface. We offer regular annual treatment programs, as well as individual applications. Please check with us on the pricing and schedule availability.

Irrigation Systems

Whether you are installing a new system or need repairs for an existing one, our qualified irrigation technicians can deliver promptly and efficiently. Fountains and Aerators

We install, repair and, when necessary, store fountains and aerators. Seasonal maintenance programs are available in most of our service areas. Call us for details.

Aquatics

Seasonal programs for algae and aquatic vegetation control by licensed professionals are available in almost all our service areas. Frequency and methods of treatment are depended on state and local regulations. All present situation evaluations and analysis are provided free of cost and at no obligation.

Vertical Surface Repairs

Tuck Pointing

Repairing the mortar joints is not for "looks" only, although it does enhance the appearance of a building, but a method of preserving the integrity of bricked surfaces. Brick Wall Cleaning

Years of dirt and grime accumulations can steal an exterior brick wall's luster. Over time, exterior brick walls will turn from an attractive red color to a dingy brown hue. Landscaping Services

AMG offers seasonal maintenance programs and design and installation services by qualified technicians working under the direct supervision of Certified Landscape Professionals. At this time, these services are offered only to commercial clients, but we will consider some privately owned residences, so give us a call.

Garage Maintenance

We offer, based on our experience in asphalt and concrete flatwork, annual maintenance programs that include regular surface and structural surveys, cleaning, coating and more. Call us for details

Parking Lot Sweeping and Maintenance

One-time or annual programs are available in most our service areas.

Porter Services and Site Maintenance

When a porter or a site "handyman" is needed, we step in and deliver. Our personnel is fully qualified and insured, and can respond to any challenge. The service is presently available in the Chicago, Boston and Ft. Lauderdale metro areas, but we can cover other geographical locations if the situation demands it, so, please check with us.
